Mrs. Phelan - Additional Support Teacher

HI! I have been teaching for RUSD for 32 years. I have taught Kindergarten, First and Second grades. I am a wife and a mom also. Mr. Phelan and I have 2 sons; one is an 11th grader at Rowland High School and the other is  working full time. We have 2 pugs, named Priya and Phoebe. I look forward to another great year at Jellick Elementary!
