Dear Parents,
Welcome back! To support ALL students with virtual learning this school year, students will receive a district iPad or Chromebook. Students in TK-2nd grade will receive district iPads, while students in Grades 3-6 will receive district Chromebooks. Please refer to the schedule below to pick up your device. If you need further assistance or have questions, please call the office at (626) 964-1275, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
What you need to know:
- Who needs to check out a device?
ALL students will be issued district devices, whether you have a personal device at home. The district devices are configured to support district apps and online programs that teachers will be using.
- I have a personal device at home. Does my child still need to check out a device?

- We checked out a device in the spring (March, April, May), do I need to return the device?
- If your child was in TK or 2nd grade in 2019-2020, you need to come at your scheduled time and return the device(s) that was checked out to you last spring. You will be issued a new device.
- For all other grades, you do not need to return the device you have. You can keep and use the same device.
- What if my device is defective, broken, or I cannot find it (lost)?
You still need to come in for a device on your day. Bring your damaged device and the cords. We will work with you regarding your lost device.

是的! 不管您家里是否已经有了这些学习设备，所有的学生都必须使用学校准备的电子产品在线学习。因为这些配备都符合老师们所需的程式和应用软体，让学生们在虚拟学习中得到更多的辅助。
- 我们在春季(三月~五月) 已经从学校领取了电子设备，我是否需要退还然后再领取新的?
- 如果您的孩子在2019-2020学年是TK或是2年级的学生(已领取了学校发的IPAD)，您必须参考以下的时间表来换取新的电子产品。
- 如果您的孩子在2019-2020学年是K, 1, 3, 4, 5年级的学生(已领取过学校发的IPAD/Chromebook)，您不需要来更换新的电脑，您的孩子可以持续使用原来的电脑继续完成虚拟课程。
- 如果我们春季领取的电子产品已经损坏或遗失，要怎么办?
不管是损毁还是遗失，您还是必须参考下面的时间表，来学校换取新的设备。请您务必带着损坏的设备和充电器来还给学校。如果是遗失，请领取新配备时告知，我们会和您一起找出解决方案。
